Your booking is accepted subject to the following terms and conditions and by confirming your booking you accept these terms and conditions will apply.

Prices are based on current rates and are GST Inclusive. All quotes provided by Brisbane Mini Bus Charter are subject to change when bookings are confirmed and variations occur to the original quotation.  Brisbane Mini Bus Charter quotes are valid for 28 days and may vary after this time to cover additional operation costs.

When a booking has been confirmed, any amendments to this booking may incur additional charges and fees.

Any variations to the journey on the day of booking may incur additional charges and fees.

In the event you need to cancel your booking with Brisbane Mini Bus Charter, the following cancellation fees may apply:

• 48 hours or more, prior to transfer – No Charge
• 24 – 48 hours, prior to transfer- 25% of booking cost up to $110
• 6 – 24 hours prior to transfer – 50% of full booking cost
• Less than 6 hours prior to transfer – 100% of full booking cost

Upon booking the transfers with Brisbane Mini Bus Charter, a method of payment must be arranged.

The payment options accepted by Brisbane Mini Bus Charter are:

• Credit Card  – We accept Master Card, Visa and Amex. A 2.5% surcharge is charged for Visa and MasterCard and 5% for Amex transactions. Credit Card payments must be processed in our office at least 1 day prior to the date of travel.  
• Direct Debit – You can make payment directly into our account. Payment must appear in our account at least 1 day prior to the date of travel.  Banking details are provided on our Invoice.  Please use your Booking Number or Invoice number as reference for your payment.
• Business Cheques –  Accepted on receipt of Invoice
• Personal Cheques – Payment must be received in our office at least 5 days prior to the date of travel, enabling the cheque to be processed and cleared.  Cheques are payable to – Brisbane Mini Bus Charter and posted to P O Box 496, Alderley, Qld, 4051
• Cash – Arrangements can be made to pay cash to the driver on the day. If you choose this option we require Credit Card details as security for payment.

• Seat Belts must be worn in the buses that have them fitted.  (All our buses are fitted with restraints for your safety)
• NO SMOKING is permitted on any of our buses. (It is against the law in Queensland to smoke in a Public Transport Vehicle)
• Food and Drink are not to be consumed on the vehicle without previous approval. Alcohol is not permitted
• All passengers must remain seated whilst the vehicle is in transit.
• Passengers are not permitted to place any part of their body outside the vehicle whilst the vehicle is moving.
• Brisbane Mini Bus Charter reserves the right to terminate a charter of any actions are deemed threatening or dangerous to the driver and or other passengers.

The driver is authorized to have an unruly passenger removed, who are threatening or placing the driver and or passengers in a dangerous situation.  The removal of a passenger will not occur if it places that passenger at any risk, but may be reported to the Police if deemed necessary by the Driver or Brisbane Mini Bus Charter Management.​

​If there is any damage or unreasonable damage or soiling caused to the vehicle as a direct result of your booking, Brisbane Mini Bus Charter will be entitled to seek full restitution for all costs to repair and clean the vehicle.

All Lost Property will be returned tithe Brisbane Mini Bus Charter office and registered in our Lost & Found Register.   Lost Property can be collected from our office between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday – Friday.

Brisbane Mini Bus Charter reserves the right to outsource Chartered Bus work when it is unable to undertake a booking due to vehicle availability.  This will not result in an increase of the agreed quote provided, unless the vehicle type varies and is specifically requested by the client.
